FAQ – READ THIS BEFORE YOU EMAIL ME

Real talk. No corporate BS. We’re a small, survivor-owned brand—not Amazon. Here’s how it works.

🔥 ORDERS & SHIPPING – THE BASICS

⏳ “When will my order ship?”
Every piece is made-to-order—no piles of stock, no overproduction. It takes about 5–7 business days to print, then it ships. Big launches and holidays? It might take a little longer, but it’s worth the wait.

🚚 “Who’s delivering my gear?”
Whoever gets it to you fastest. Could be USPS, UPS, FedEx, or an international carrier—you’ll see the exact carrier in your shipping email.

📦 “How do I track my order?”

  • Check your receipt email for your order link.

  • When it ships, you’ll get another email with tracking + carrier info.
    Click it. Refresh it. Stalk it—I do the same when I’m waiting on stuff.

🌍 “Do you ship internationally?”
Yep. Customs fees & taxes (if your country charges them) are on you. Shipping times vary depending on where you live.

🖤 RETURNS & EXCHANGES – READ THIS TWICE

❌ “Can I return or exchange if it doesn’t fit?”
Nope. Every item is printed just for you, which means we don’t do size swaps or returns for buyer’s remorse. Check the size charts before you hit ‘buy.’

✅ “What if it’s damaged or misprinted?”
We fix our mistakes. If your gear arrives wrong, defective, or beat-up:

  1. Email me at Ashley@ashesnarmor.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Send your order number + pics.

  3. I’ll make it right—replacement or refund.

📏 SIZING & PRODUCTS – DON’T GUESS

📏 “How do I pick the right size?”
Use the size charts. If you’re in between, size up.

🎨 “Will it look exactly like the photos?”
Mostly, yes. But screens and lighting can shift colors a bit.

💳 PAYMENTS & DEALS – STRAIGHT UP

💳 “What payments do you take?”
All major cards, PayPal, and whatever else you see at checkout.

🔥 “Do you do discounts?”
Sometimes. Follow us on socials or join the email list—the warriors on the list hear first.

“Do you donate to domestic violence charities?”
Yes. A portion of every sale helps survivors. Our limited-edition Warrior’s Oath shirt sends 100% of profits to charity during special launches.

“What does Ashes & Armor even stand for?”
It’s gear forged in survival. For those who’ve been burned down, stood back up, and keep rising. You’re not broken. You’re rebuilding—stronger.
