TERMS & CONDITIONS – ASHES & ARMOR

Welcome to Ashes & Armor—a trauma-recovery inspired brand owned and operated by Ashley Keel. Every item is printed on demand, made just for you. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


ORDER POLICY

  • Made-to-Order: All products are custom-printed when you order. We do not keep stock on hand.

  • No Cancellations or Changes: Once your order enters production, it can’t be changed or canceled. Please double-check sizes, colors, and your shipping address before confirming your order.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). Ashes & Armor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier. Email Ashley@ashesnarmor.com—we’ll help however we can.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because each item is custom-made:
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

✅ We will replace or refund items that:

  • Arrive damaged or misprinted

  • Are defective or incorrect

To request a replacement:

  1. Email Ashley@ashesnarmor.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.

  3. We’ll work with our print partner to get you a replacement or refund.


SHIPPING POLICY

  • Production Time: Most items ship within 5–7 business days after ordering. Production times may vary during busy seasons.

  • Domestic Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production.

  • International Shipping: Times vary based on location, and buyers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

  • Special Releases & Pre-Orders: Ship on the date stated in the product description.


GENERAL TERMS

  • Colors may look slightly different due to monitor or screen variations.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of fraud or abuse.
